I ordered the Visor on the first day available. Like many others, I experienced alot of problems with getting it. The other day, I broke my LCD by accidently throwing it across a room. I emailed Handspring asking what my options were and how much it would cost to fix it. They emailed me back and said it usually costs 75 bucks but, they will do it for FREE!

1 week later, I received it!

Thanks Handspring - You guys went above and beyond excellent customer support.
