Question

I just installed Windows 2000 RC2 on my system. Does anyone know if the Visor will work with a Win 2000 workstation?

How is W2000? Major upgrade or more of the same?

It's incredibly stable, Even for beta code. In fact I would have to say it's the most stable version of any Windows I have ever used.

There are many cool new GUI enhancements. For example, you now can view the contents of the Control Panel without having to open the folder.

Another cool feature is that you can upgrade from Win9x, as I did. And it seems to work well. The only problems I have encountered are a very minor video driver problem, and Quicktime is behaving strangely.

I have been running RC1 for a couple months and a couple weeks ago I upgraded to RC2 (easiest upgrade ever. Insert CD, run).

I have to say I like it. It runs the occasional games. It does not, however, support my printer. Major bummer, so I have to use my laptop to print anything (NT4.0).

It's got a better look and feel. It is just cripser than WinNT4.0
