good comparison of memory expansion between manufacturers

I'm looking for a good comparison of memory expansion between manufacturers. I'm pretty familiar with what the memplug can and CAN'T do (and anything springboard), but I'm really interested in comparing sony's expansion to palm's to handspring's to handera's.

A lot of people ask me questions about this and I'm tired of making things up.
