-- GPS for Handspring Visor? (http://discussion.visorcentral.com/vcforum/showthread.php?threadid=5493)
Have seen reference to a GPS by some Korean company, but have not seen is on the market. Does the Rand McNally one that shows up for the Palm work with the Handspring? This is one of the most vital applications I would like to add to my Visor's capability. Anyone integrated any GPS with the Visor Deluxe?
Thanks,
Dave

Actually, I have modified a serial cable to accept GPS input from my CO Pilot GPS. I ended up cutting the cable and connector out of the cradle and making some rewiring modifications. It isn't pretty, but it works. Anyway, it inaccurately measures altitude (I think I missed a wire) but does show me correct position.
You can see a very rough page with some pics and directions at http://www.getcis.com/gps
