I have been keeping track of the length of battery life since I received my Platinum Visor. I used the Original ones [Panasonic] that came with the unit. Then I used Regular Duracell Alkalines. Next I used Energizers. They were replaced with Duracell Ultra batteries. The Duracell Ultra batteries have lasted the longest. They seem to "bounce back" even after heavy use. I welcome other opinions. Thanks.

I use Duracells exclusively and have always got good results. I also have a Platinum and I get about three weeks from a set of batteries.

I seem to recall a Consumer Reports review of batteries.
IIRC they said that all akalines are the same EXCEPT Duracell Ultras are better.
