Lost my stylus, phoned Handspring (Europe) they sent me a new one, had it in two working days!
Free of Charge......

You're incredibly lucky!! I lost my stylus the first time I used my Visor. Had to call Handspring 4 times and wait 6 weeks. Then 3 stylii arrived on the same day. In separate packages. What an operation!
The US/CANADIAN offices the Stylus is mailed and have limited stock. It sounds like that the European offices have more stock and directly linked to their warehouse. This will shortly happen to the US/CANADIAN offices.
