Stowaway as standard keyboard?

Does anybody know if the stowaway can be "easily" modified to work as a standard PC keyboard? How about it being "dual mode" (work with PDA or PC with adaptor)?

I doubt it since most PC keyboards require 5 volts (supplied by the PC) and usually contain a controller chip of some sort. Plus, there just aren't enough physical keys on a Stowaway (most notably the F-keys).

Back in the days of DOS, at age 6ish, I memorized what all the F keys did in Wordperfect. Well, that was that.

WP5.1 was very nice. Once fluent, keeping my hands on the keyboard was much faster than trying to navigate menus. It was one hell of a learning curve, though.
