OH MY GOD! Prism's Screen is Dead!

This is horrible - I just got all these accesories, and now my SCREEN IS DEAD! Will not power on! Kaput!

I tried recharging it (I recharge it using the OEM charger everyday, so I know it's got juice) and I just got it last week!

What the hell?!?!

Anyone - let me know what I can do to fix it, besides Handspring's warranty. I need to know because I bought it second hand from ebay!

Yikes!

More info

No, I didn't drop it or abuse. I've been BABYING this prism ever since I got it! I even had it in an EB Slipper (EXPENSIVE).

This is a tragedy.

I guess the Treo color 90 or whatever will have a springboard slot then, if the Prism is being phased out in the U.S.?

How Much Did You Pay?

Hey...

Just wanted to know how much you paid and if you tried doing a hard reset yet? My visor edge used to go dead too...there was no response and all I had to do was hard reset it.

Remember. Buyer Beware.

Cheers

Whew! Why does it DO that?!

I looked up the FAQ and did a soft reset, it came back up. Had to take it out the Slipper first. Maybe I'll fashion a little "Soft Reset Access Hole" to fix that. Wonder why it does that?

What a heartbreaker if it WERE broken tho. I'm glad it's okay.

I'll keep you posted if there are any more problems.

Are You Using Hacks?

Hey

No Hacks? I found that I had more problems with hacks then without.

Cheers

Hacks

Just Afterburner. I've got my commonly used applications at 37 MHz.
