Outlook 2001 & Mac - help needed

Hi,

I use a Macintosh G3 Powerbook. Our company calendaring software is currently Meeting Maker and we are using a special conduit to synch with Meeting Maker.

Our company is now switching to Outloot 2001, and, with a Mac environment I have no idea how to synch to the calendar (I use the Palm desktop for contacts, to-do's and memo's). In the old days prior to the Meeting Maker conduit I would do a calendar export from MM, import into the Palm desktop and then do a synch to my Prism. It was crude by got my appointments on my Prism once a day. I can't even find a way that Outlook 2001 will let you export your calendar data -- it only appears to allow exporting of contact data.

Help! Am I S.O.L.?

Short answer: Yes, you are SOL.

For whatever reason, Outlook on the Mac no longer syncs with Palm. That may change, I don't know.

I'm not sure why Microsoft even bothered to update the Mac Outlook. Why didn't they just make Enterouge Outlook-compatible?

Ugh. Microsoft.

Well, for what it's worth I was able to figure out a kinda 'out of the box' workaround.

I found that I could print my calendar using a .pdf format and then import it into my Prism -- and with Docs to go pdf to go -- I am able to view my appointments.

It kind of feels like using my Newton 100 again.
