Serial Cradle

Hello:

I have adquired a Visor Prism. It's my second PDA. My first PDA was a Visor Deluxe. I have a serial cradle for Visor Deluxe.

It's possible to use the serial cradle with Visor Prism?

I know Visor Prism does not fit in the serial cradle, but if I break the cradle and try to use only the conector, is that possible ?

I just know the solution.

"Technically it is possible to connect the connector of the deluxe with your Prism when you would break open the cradle of the deluxe, but it is not recommended. Undersigned has tried it himself, and the resulting configuration is far from desirable, because you need to firmly hold the prism pressed into the cable for it to work (which will fail frequently).
So, it is possible, but not recommended at all.

You could try to get a cheap Serial Cable on eBay. I got one for me for the time that I don't have USB on my computer, it works like a charm!
