Avantgo Install removes mail conduit?

I just un-installed Avantgo and reinstalled because I'm now using a Prism and it wasn't pulling in color pages. In the process, my mail conduit (with Outlook Express) disappeared. Has anyone else experienced this?

Also, awhile back there was a post about disappearing conduits and someone posted a way to reset hotsync conduits without reinstalling Palm Desktop using a / style command. Can someone refresh my memory of what that command was?

thanks

Just for those of you who might want the info, BasilC is the one who posted the useful info about resetting hotsync conduits. His post is here with great instructions.

I just noticed my mail thing's gone too. I never used it, but I recently got a REAL e-mail address (byebye hotmail!) and noticed it wasn't there. Hmm.

I use AvantGo and the Mail app (through Outlook Express) together, and have not had a problem. The only slight problem is that it will only update my POP account (my user name AT cox.net) but not the hotmail address I also use through Outlook Express. Both conduits work fine on a single hotsync, and have been for a month or two...
