-- stylus design (http://discussion.visorcentral.com/vcforum/showthread.php?threadid=12996)
When I saw the pictures of the Edge, I remembered a picture I saw a few months back at this site:

The way the stylus is held is almost identical. The site is in Japanese so I don't know what the site is all about. Anyone been to this site?
I just clicked on your link and WOW!!!!! The R4 model knocked my socks off!! The build-in keyboard could revolutionize PDAs as we know them. No more folding keyboards for students, travellers, Graffiti-disabled, etc. I would love to hear more about these. Do you have any more info? And thanks for the link!

It sounds like "underwhelmed" is overwhelmed. It's hard to tell how big that R4 model is though. Even with the keyboard, it might be a hard sell here because the trend seems to be to smaller and thinner. I guess a lot depends on how you intend to use the unit. If you enter a lot of data while on the road, this could be a godsend.
Those are nice ideas, though I think they are just some person's conceptual ideas for the always-rumoured-but-never-materializes Apple PDA.
And, though it looks quite nice, I do not see how the stylus protruding like that would be very practical.
