HELP!!!

Forgive me if this has been discussed before, but I cannot find the proper threads on the subject. I get this message alot on my VDX, and I am wondering if someone can help me understand what is going on, and how to avoid it in the future.

That was the error message that I was getting from Launch'Em when it had become confused. I had to delete and re-install all the Launch'Em related files.
