It should but it doesn't seem to. The Omniremote.pdb resides on my handheld but it doesn't migrate to my backup directory like the rest of my pdb files. Am I doing something wrong?

You're talking about 4 devices here. The OmniRemote module can do way more than that, somethign comparable to the programmable remotes with the touch screens that cost roughly 500-1000. The color screen of the Prism is just another benefit to this module.

Oh...I understand what you all are saying, I was just chipping in. Besides, the remote I have can do much more than just those 4 devices anyway. It's also a learning remote, plus it has macros, a "home theater" option which can combine elements from the various devices to make one large usable system.
Omni Remote
I tried the module for about a week, but just could not get the performance I had hoped for. One main problem was the VCR set I did defaulted to the Visors built in IR, and also if the batteries get too low watch out it will go into an endless loop. The hard buttons only worked with one set, so what ever you program them with the hard buttons will do the same function in all the sets. I too would like to see a set of codes for lost remotes. I set mine back for a refund and am back to the 6 remotes on the coffee table. Perhaps when an updated version is released I'll try it again.
