Does anyone know roughly how many Visors have been sold thus far? Also, if anyone knows where I might find a rough number for how many Palm's have been sold. I'm trying to do a business report with respect to the PalmOS and want to know what number of devices its sitting on right now. Thanks!

Handspring won't release their sales figures. I did see one posting a few weeks ago where someone counted the order numbers and HS's site and calculated an average of 1400 transactions per day (not necessarily limited to Visors). I believe they began taking orders on September 14.

I too am interested in such figures.

my guesses:

Visors sold: 300,000
Handspring Revenue: $120,000,000

Anyone else care to estimate?

A little on the high side I think.

Units: 100,000 - 125,000
$$$$$: ~25 Mill to date

Based on what I've found, I would approximate it out to 200,000 Visors sold with around $60 million in revenues. I'm not really interested in the revenue, but am more so looking for the # sold and I think 200,000 is a good guess, maybe a little high, but close.

Can't guess the revenue, but I would say the number of units sold would add up to about 175,000 or so. In any case 300,000 is way too high IMO. If retail is successful they may hit that by summer though.
