How do I hotsync IMAP folders in outlook express?
I am trying to have mail Hotsync with Outlook express. I had just installed the latest version of Palm Desktop and figured I'd give mail setup a try (had never used it previously). So I have two Outlook Express accounts configured: 1 - POP3 account (throught my ISP) and 1 - IMAP account (through my University). Now when I hotsynce, it will only sync with the POP acount, never with the IMAP account!
I have the IMAP configured as the default account and it has no trouble outside of this snafu. If I had a choice, I'd want only the IMAP to hotsync, but that ain't working for me.
Does anyone have any suggestions? (outside of abonding outlook express)

I would love to be proved wrong, but AFAIK it only syncs with your Local Folders Inbox.
Maybe Outlook Express 6 addresses this, but I somehow doubt it, as nobody is beating down MS's doors to empower IMAP users.
I probably shouldn't answer this one because I've never done it, but your IMAP folders are on the server, not the PC. You cannot hotsync with files on your mail server.
If you first pull the files down to Outlook Express, you might be able to sync them then.
In Outlook, you would select a folder and then "Download" all items into that folder. This is what lets you work offline. I'm not sure of the Outlook Express mechanics - but this is where I'd start.
I leave my mail on the server and don't hotsync IMAP mail at all. I access it with an IMAP mail client on the Visor...

The remote folders is not the problem, because as long as you have this account checked to be read during your Get Mail operation, then the folder will be synced with your IMAP server before the conduit runs.
But you would have to somehow get the messages into your Local Folders Inbox. And if I remeber correctly, you can't even use a rule to move a message into this mailbox.
