neo benchmark

just picked up a cheap neo on ebay. works ok but the benchmark only says 162% of the reference. shouldn't it run at least as fast as the platinum having the same 33 mhz processor. the platinum bechmarks at 204% of the reference. i got it to replace an aging deluxe. the neo does work much better with my visorphone...
