I have a Visor Platinum with the USB cradle. Every time I press the hot-sync button on cradle, a window appears saying new hardware found and goes through the install process. The Visor does perform a re-sync in the mean time. Any ideas as to the cause of this problem or how to solve it.

What are your system specs?

I'm running Win2K on an Athlon T-Bird, ABIT KT7A. I'm wondering if our system configs are the same - this might help point to the cause...
