do some flash modules use more power than others?

I just recieved my innopak 2v. I have been using the HS 8MB flash module for some time now. I did quite a bit of moving files around today to allow my 2v to live in the sb slot most of the time. The battery took a beating. Is it likely that the 2v use more juice than the HS flash module. I only used the vibe feature once today for about 5 seconds.

I think some modules do suck up power

I've noticed that my Memplug with 128 MB Smartmedia card seems to suck twice as much power as my 8 MB flash module, so I think different modules do have different power requirements. Just IMHO .
