Hotsync Files Directly to SB?

My 8MB SB is dying and since it is still under warranty, HS is replacing it. The rep said that there is 3rd party software that hotsyncs files directly to the SB but I can't seem to locate it. Has anyone here heard of this program?

Ill probably use pinstall if I can't find it.
