Unhappy Edge: Fatal Error

Help Please:
Symptom:
I have been experiencing a FATAL Alert/ERROR on occasion. There is no other textual information supplied by the error screen.
I have removed all 3rd party software from the Visor. (was WeSync)
I have tried all types of reset. (Soft, System, Hard). All produced the same results.Repeated Fatal Alert messages (with no text)... The only way to reset is to let the Visor run out of power.
I have Palm OS v3.5.2H2.0 loaded on the visor.

Handspring suggested the following (which I did):
A. Perform a hotsync operation to backup your data (if possible).
B. Perform a hard reset.
C. Remove your backup folder.
D. Perform a hotsync operation to retrieve your data and install your third party applications one by one.

Problem still exists.

Does anyone have any suggestions?

I think step (D) should be:
1) Perform a HotSync to retrieve data for the basic Palm/Handspring apps. Check if ok.
2) install 3rd party apps in small groups. Check if ok after each installation.
3) repeat (2) until you see the problem.

You may have a corrupted or incompatible app. I followed this procedure for a similar problem. Everything was ok until I got to group R-S-T. (I grouped by app name.) Either SpaceTrader or RaceFever were to blame, so I deleted both. Everything else was fine. No problems since then.

Visor: Fatal Error

I have loaded applications in the order that appears in the custom menu. I would wait a few days between. The Visor crashed on the second app. ... Outlook Calendar. I do not suspect Outlook itself since it functions quite fine on my PC. However, I suspect the alarm function on the visor that is triggered by events in Outlook.

Any other suggestions?
