ok quite simply, when I double click the install file for Avantgo, (AGPalmClientSetup.exe) nothign happens. MY hard drive is accesed, but no programs are started. I can get the Avantgo programs, just I need the conduit for my Palm Desktop, so syncing will work. I downloaded autoconfig.mal, fomr avantgo, which is supposed to be the conduit, can't find what to do with it. Any help please? I'm using Windows 2000 Pro, SP1.

I didn't want to have to post problems THISearly on getting my platinum, but oh well

Try downloading the install program again. I've been using Avantgo on my Win2K box just fine. Even tried today to install a "color" version (ver3.1) for my Prism, from Palm's IIIc page, but it wouldn't work, so I had to reload what I had already installed from my backup subdirectory(ver3.3) Good luck.
