Talking Old N00by

Howdy,

On a second run with my VDX, and have to say, it's great to be back

I started with a VDX when they first appeared some time ago. However, my job required a little more networkability than the VDX offered at the time, so I traded it in for a iPAQ 3600 PocketPC. Long story short, changed jobs, sold the iPAQ and discovered I still had a need for a PDA; Enter VDX Round II.

Sure it's not as fantabulous as my iPAQ was, but for only 80 bux, I'm doing exactly what I need, and can still enjoy some of the PocketPC novelties such as Emulators and Video Playback.

Noticed the little community here, and thought I'd post my 2 cents wherever I could

I just replaced my Visor Deluxe about two weeks ago with another new graphite Deluxe. I will get a Prism as soon as the price comes down, which will hopefully be soon.

By the way, welcome back!

Red face Thanks!

Wow, I'm prolly going to do the same. I'm a Mac person at heart, and forgot how similar the two OS are. I reckon once the prices on a refurbbed Prism get below 100 I'll make the switch.

THis is great, not only was the VDX super cheap, but the accessories are as well

If ever there was a Second Chance for those who missed the bandwagon the first time around, this is definately it
