Question

I logged on this morning and found a thread featuring a patch for the eyemodule. I installed it and it worked for a second then caused the prism to crash. I recall something in the thread about the patch being recalled. Now I can't find the thread at all. does anyone have any info on this? If a new patch comes out and someone has it i would appreciate it if the posted it here, I cannot open eyemodule's web page for some reason, thanks

Smile No problems with the patch yet...

I am running with the patch now without crashing. I don't know what the bug is that makes it crash, but apparently it needs some circumstance to be invoked. I don't think the functionality is all that great though. In viewfinder mode everything is black and white, and close ups are also in black and white. This isn't that bad, but not too good for $150 module. Nintendo is releasing a camera for the Gameboy, I wonder how it compares. I hope the Eyemodule is at least better than that. One good thing: Any pictures in the camera are viewable through Handspring's 'Photos' application. This doesn't allow you private records, though, which is important sometimes.
