Prism touch screen fails to respond
This is the second Visor Prism I've had in the past three months. Both have had the same problem. They work fine then one day I synch them and the digitzier no loger works. I believe in both cases I used up most of my memory and that might be why it's doing this. The screen just doesn't respond at all. The buttons work fine, and I can't use what is button activated, but no touch screen. I've tried soft rest, system rest and hard reset and none of those works. What worked last time was draining my batter, which is hard as hell because they are rechargable. After the battery dies when I recharge the batteries and system is a clean slate and works fine. This is totally unacceptable and I'm starting to think it's an intrensic problem with the Prism since I had no problems with my old solo.
Anyone have any ideas?
