How much MORE will you spend on your Visor?
There've been polls about how much people have spent on their Visor/s and accessories, but I'm wondering how much more people are going to spend on Handspring-related products and Springboards?
After having spent well over $1,000, I'm going to spend as little as possible as a Sony device or even a Pocket PC device is looking so much more appealing.

I for one plan on keeping my Platinum for a good long time (as long as it lasts) and anticipating spending a few more bucks on accessories and things. I like the form factor and capabilities and so far I don't really see anything new or revolutionary enough to drag me away yet.

I just bought my Neo, so I'm going to stay with it for a LONG time...
I need to get rechargeable batteries and a charger. (I have batteries, but can't find the adaptor for the stupid charger!)

The more modules I invest in, the more it looks like I am going to stick with Visor... Right now I am looking for a case, 16 meg backup module, and possibly the OmniRemote module. That is about $170 right there. Besides that, I feel like I am good to go for a while. Sony is looking very good though... Good thing I can't afford it, or else I would leave my modules behind.

Well as of the New year i am not using HS products....But i am still an HS fan and hope that the TREO is a hit.
I will get another Visor once a small form factor, color and maybe a SD/MMC slot plus SB sled is adapted. I would buy The Color edge with a SD/mmc (for memory) slot on the side, and the SB sled of things like wire less and the MASSAGE MODULE.
so my answer is $0.00 for now but the new year will see.

Hey baby before we start do you mind if we use my M505?
No not for that!!!!!!!!!!
Use it to reffer to PalmaSutra, silly???????
I would like a smaller version of the handspring "bricks" I like the Palm V size, the edge IMHO is too big, too long and too expensive. Possibly a PDA with a plastic, more durable screen like most cell phones, that do not crack so easily. M100 size, without the m100 thickness (that is as thick as a brick too)

With a Visor Platinum, a VisorPhone and three other Springboard modules, I'm pretty much set until the next go-'round in PDA technology. I'd like a color screen and considered the Prism (at about $250). However, built-in rechargeables don't appeal to me because I like not having to worry about where I'm going to get AAA batteries or the location of the nearest power outlet.
As for form-factor, I'm content with the VPL's current size. My wife has the m100 and I'm just squinting at that screen. Yeah, it's smaller and all, but I'm just at the limit with the m100. If PDA screens continue to get smaller, I'm afraid I may have to resort to hogging a few Visors as backups
Now there's an idea

Experience is what happens when something unexpected comes up.
I have an ICE Visor Deluxe and the following items for it (in order of purchase):
1. Stowaway Keyboard
2. MiniJam (actually received 2 due to a mailing error on their part and they decided to not send UPS back to get it so I got 2 64MB ones for the price of one - currently using both MMC cards on one with the other as a backup).
3. E-Holster (http://www.eholster.com) - bought to allow carrying outside of pocket and not on my belt - got the ballistic nylon one with medium Cell phone and Palm sized PDA case along with and extra Palm sized case for my Stowaway Keyboard and a handheld PC sized on to carry CD-ROMS but now serves and a module carrying case. I am now giving minor consideration to some other form of carrying clothing/system since 9-11 but haven't yet switched.
4. EyeModule 2
5. Presenter-to-go
I am intirgued by the possibility of the Sony T615 but I am holding out to see what Handspring does after the TREO launches. I am interested in a new color Visor with 16MB, Latest PALM OS in Flash (but can live with out this), virtual grafitti, HI-RES, and Landscape mode.
I also DON'T want it to be in an Edge form factor as I don't like the fact that the Springboard sled ruins the form factor.
My wife (A Palm IIIx owner - doesn't use it much) keeps mentioning PPC handhelds to me but I just don't believe that I have a need for Windows on my handheld.
So here I am waiting to see what happens.
