Problem half resolved

I just received my InnoPocket CF Adapter today. Installed with no problems and worked fine. After registering the product, I received an email notifying me of an updated version of the software. After updating, I get a fatal error message whenever I attempt to run the software. I deleted the update and re-installed the original files, and the same fatal error occurs. I emailed Kopsis's support, but if anyone has any idea on how I can correct this problem I'd appreciate your help.

I deleted the original software again and re-installed it again. Only this time I had the CF Adapter out of the Visor. Once the software was re-installed, I put the adapter into the Visor, then the CF card into the adapter. The program now works fine.
I may now try the updated software using this same process to see if it will work. Then again, I may not..... I've been at this for a couple hours, and I'm not sure I care at this point.

when do you do that and where
I try it before and it's not working.

Registration

You can print the manual from the CD that came with the InnoPocket CF adapter. On page 5 of the manual it explains how you can register your product online. You first need to install the program onto your Visor.

I know, but when I try to register it, the website is not working.
So is your problem solved?
Is there anything new on the latest version?

I have the ORIGINAL software working fine now. I'm not sure I want to try the updated software at this point, though.
Did you go to http://kopsisengineering.com/register_sw.html ?
Maybe their site is having some problems now. Hope it gets resolved.

Move function

I am not sure of all the changes within the updated software, as I haven't been able to use it at this point. There have been improvements in the sorting capabilities of databases, they also indicate that scrolling behavior is improved. Until I actually get the update to work, I'm afraid I won't be much help as far as improvements go.
By the way, I just clicked the update url in my reply to you and it took me right to Kopsis' site. You might try it again. Good luck.
