I am looking at ordering a VDX this week and am wondering what the most liked color VDX is. Please give the detailed reason you like it. Thanks

there was a poll about this a while ago, I think the results were:
1: blue
2: graphite
3: ice
4-6 the other colors...

I like the ICE because its unicolour. Unlike the other colour visors that have two colours...blue orange or green on the face and ice at them back. The ICE is also cool! The green ain't that bad either from what I see.

I use my Visor in a pretty formal business environment. I want to be somewhat conservative but still different, I chose ICE. So far it was a good choice for me. One thing I just want to remind you though, as of right now, springboard only come in GRAPHITE. If are the type that like things that are color coordinated, you might want to stay w/ graphite or Ice.

Green is great. I use mine in a business environment also. I've never been one to do things everyone else's way, so the choice was clearly either green or orange. I've never really cared for orange.

Blue is good. I got an ice, but now I feel stupid because I saw the orange... it is SO COOL!!!! I WANT ONE!! too bad I'm going crazy just waiting for the ICE one to arrive.

I have/like the blue visor. I use it at High School, and I chose it since it stands out alot (especially considering that I'm the only one who even has a handheld !).

Hmmm... I guess I'll be in the minority when I recieve my green VDX. In the past I've always gone for more "conservative" choices. This time I wanted something different. I hope I like it when it arrives.

I bought the Blue, and I really liked it at first. Now I kinda wish I had gotten the graphite one. I think the color thing is really just more fad-ish...

Ice might have been Ok, because it'd be one solid color, but I think black would have just been the best way to go.

Oh well, when my slipper case comes from E&B, I won't see the color anymore anyway.

AANNNnnnD, The obvious question is..."Why don't they just sell the top part of the cases seperately?" Heck, I'd buy an extra one or two...

Just looked and it appears that there are only four screws involved.

Afilep, green is really cool. There's nothing wrong with being in the minority, after all...who the hell wants to be a sheep. Though I do agree with plutnick that the color thing is "fad-ish", so what...just have fun. You only live once. Anyway, in a year or two you'll probably buy a replacement device.

I'm another proud owner of a Green VDX.
Although this is because Handspring does not make a purple one.
Much to the disappointment of me, and three other potential Visor owners I know.

heck. i'll weigh in, though it sure does seem like a personal taste issue - why do some people like vanilla instead of chocolate? because they do, there's no factual, logical support... anyway - i am proud to be the only respondant to this post who has an orange vdx.
