I use to have a sharp PDA that syncced with whatever info was newer. But with my deluxe..I only have the option to update info based on either Outlook or my Visor. Is there a way that I can select it so it updates based on newest information?

I'm not sure if I completely understand your question, but what I think you want to do is as follows:

1. Start up the Hotsync Manager.
   
2. Right click on the Hotsync Manager's icon in the bottom right corner of the computer screen, and select "Custom."
   
3. Select the conduit whose settings you wish to change, and click "Change."
   
4. Most of the conduits will have an option to "synchronize the files," as opposed to "handheld overwriting desktop" or "desktop overwriting handheld." Some, for obvious reasons, won't (e.g. the Install conduit). Select that option, check the "set as default" box to make that setting be the default for that conduit, and click "OK."
