HS 8M flash module problem

I bought this from somebody yesterday. When I was trying to run 'Metro' directly from the module, my platinum was suspended with an error message. So I just removed the module and pressed reset button, and the platinum was recovered. But after that, whenever I inset the module, there is an error messate like this,
"Fatal Alert
DataMgr.c, Line:3362, Null
dbID passed"

I don't know how to reset the flash module(format?) because the error occurs first when I inset it. Can anyone help me? Does anyone have same problem with me?

Solved!!

1. Install Hagiwara module format program
2. Hard reset with upper button with the module in
3. Run format program and format the module

I think Handspring should provide the program like Hagiwara. Anyway, luckly I could format the module. Thanks, everyone.
