Futureshop/Handspring

I returned my visor to futureshop because it stopped functioning, and futureshop sent it back to handspring, now handspring is returning it untouched does anyone know why they would be doing this>? are they not fixing deluxes anymore?

It might be because the deluxe was discontinued...

The Deluxe being discontinued has nothing to do with the device not being repaired. My Deluxe was recently replaced (as usual) when I cracked the screen.

Most likely reason is Handspring will not cover the damage under warranty, and is going to want money.
