New Treo software and free screen protectors
An advanced cell plan tracking app, a call forwarding app and almost free screen protectors.

Bad marketing for the Screen Protectors, but good deal no less. I got mine last week.

TA+ = RIPOFF!
I really hope no one is ignorant enough to actually PAY for TA+. That program does absolutely nothing that the Treo doesn't already do as far as I can tell. Anyone who wants to set their call forwarding settings need only to choose "Call Preferences..." from the Phone menu of the Phone application. That preference screen provides all the functions of TA+. I dunno, maybe this preference screen wasn't in the original Treo software and was updated with the updater, but it's there now, and everyone should have it. Paying $10 for an application that just takes up RAM and doesn't add anything at all just irritates the heck out of me. I've tried posting reviews on PalmGear of this "application" stating that the application is not needed because of the Call Preferences being in the Treo already, but my review never gets approved, or it gets deleted (it never appears anyway). So far this is the only place I've been able to point out that this program is a waste of money in the worst way. Hopefully it won't be deleted from here as well. :\
If anyone can tell me what TA+ does that the Treo's own Call Preferences doesn't already do, please do so. If it's anything worth mentioning, then I'll shut up about it.
