If you've followed the thread about the VAJA case, you will know that I ordered one immeadiately from the company in Argentina. Because of the distance, their shipping charges are a bit more than I was used to and a fellow VC member pointed out that I could get the case through a reseller here in the states for no shipping charges.

To make a long story short, a VAJA rep wrote me about our conversation and offered to cancel my order and let me order here to save the shipping charges. Needless to say, I was shocked that in this day a company could have such empathy with their customers. I asked that my order stand...this is the kind of company that I like to do business with. I look foreward to receiving my well-traveled new leather case...
