here's the problem I am experiencing since last week or so:

on the first hotsync of the day, the prism does its thing and data moves back and forth...once it gets to the "cleaning up, pls wait" screen it just stays there without ever returning control to me....I do a soft reset and everything is fine....all other subsequent hotsyncs are fine too....it's annoying but not a showstopper.
