For those who attended my BVD's funeral: thankyou! After dropping and cracking the screen, I got my BVD back yesterday. 10 days turnaround even w/ shipping UPS ground coast to coast. To my added suprise they sent me a whole NEW sealed box. I only sent the bare VDX in for RMA. Now I am the proud owner of 1 BVD, 2 usb cradles, 2 cd's, 2, styli, 4 cool stickers, etc... I'm smilin'
