-- Reading web pages on the Visor (http://discussion.visorcentral.com/vcforum/showthread.php?threadid=1649)
How do I take a web page and make it readable on my Visor? If I paste it into memopad, it breaks it into a dozen pieces. I don't have time to read it now, and I want to read it later.
TIA
Rich
one way to do it is to doenload isiloweb from www.isilo.com . that program will let you convert a webpage into isilo format for reading on your palm/visor.
sluggo
One of the best ways is to Avantgo. Any http site can be placed on your Visor (including VisorCentral.
Go to http://www.avantgo.com

Another option:
1. Go to Pilot Screwdriver (http://pilot.screwdriver.net/)
2. Look for the section: Convert an Internet File to Pilot format
3. Enter the URL of the page you want to convert
4. When the resulting PRC file is generated, save it to your hard drive
5. Install at next hotsync
6. Readable wih SmartDoc, CSpotRun, or any doc reader
Less complicated than it sounds.
Isilo is really a nice program; so nice that I bought the registered version. Converts html into nice, readable documents. I stopped using Avantgo because I hate that it wants to connect evertime I sync.
