I placed my order on 12/28. So far I'm well less than the 6 weeks quoted. But I'm not happy that I'm seeing folks that ordered AFTER me getting their orders first. Sounds like they have some sort of problem with FIFO (First in First out) or lack there of.
Second, I've noticed that most of the folks that have had problems getting their Handsprings had problems with Credit card numbers and/or addressing. Wouldn't it be smart for someone to pull the "problem" orders and call or e-mail the customer?
Anyway, this wasn't ment to be a flame against them, just venting some steam and mentioning something that seems like an REAL EASY fix to a problem that seems to be happening over and over.
