Question

Has anyone tried the Synergy Flipcase? http://store.yahoo.com/pilotgear/synsol.html
How exactly does it attach to the Visor?

I do not believe they have a case for the Visor. I e-mailed them and they said it was under consideration but since cases were not the companys primary business it may be a wait.

On their page they say:
'Attaches with high-quality Velcro Brand Velcro'
and
'<Works with all Handspring Visors!'

So I would say you velcro the case to your visor...

Hmm.. that's odd. At the URL above it says that it works with all Handspring products..

The Velcro strips would have to attach over the Springboard slot, which is obviously not cool. I have a FlipCase on my old Palm III and loved it, but I'll have to find something different for the Visor.

Exclamation

Lizell (exec gift place) has several PDA cases (leather of course). One is a flip case that the PDA slides in (no velcro). Has notepad and loops for spare AAA's, black and tan colors, $60 (hey, I said exec didn't I?).
They're at www.lizell.com.

Question

I've not heard one mention of the leather case that comes with the Visor Deluxe. Is it that bad?

The case that comes with the Visor is just a pouch without even a belt clip. I use my old pocket sized day planner cover, yes, I used velcro, but it is stuck below the Springboard cover, so no problem.
