Well, after 6 hours on hold waiting for Handpsring (thank goodness for speakerphone) I spoke with a CSR...
I ordered 10/5 and while I wasn't expecting my Visor to arrive any day as many in this forum who ordered early, I was curious...
The woman that I talked to was VERY nice and said that it was quite crazy there...
She reassured me that I would be recieving my Visor before the end of the month (she looked me up in the database and the correct info was there)...
Anyway, just a little perspective from someone who didn't order on the first day...
6 hours?! C R A Z Y :-) They would have hand delivered the the darn thing to me if they made me wait 6 hours!!
Do you realize how much this is costing Handspring? They have to pay for the calls when you sit on hold for hours at a time.
They better get the "onhold" situation fixed quickly or they are going to be watching their profits go down the drain.

Seems to me that if they had their online ordering back up, they'd be getting less calls.......
