OK, I've just bought my self a nice new serial cradle so I can sych at home as well as at work.

I fix it all together, install the hotsyc manager, and hit the hotsync button.

Wahaay, it'strying to identify the user, now it's asking for a hotsych password!!!

I've had my Visor for eight months, and it's only been synch'ing with a single computer at work, and for the life of me I cannot remember setting up a password.

I usually have a limited number of passwords that I use, but none of them seem to work.

Is there any way of viewing/re-setting the hotsych password on my VDx? Or is there something else I need to do?
