Does anyone know the email address of tech support at handspring? I used [email protected], but the message was returned undelivered. Incidentally, the fact that they do not have a toll-free line for tech support, and that you have to wait for 45 minutes to an hour to get someone is OUTRAGEOUS. Interestingly, you can get through immediately to a sales rep (they now refuse to transfer you to tech support). I am becoming more frustrated with this company by the minute, and now officially regret having purchased the visor. I have not been able to hotsycnh for close to a month, and I do not appear to be close to a resolution of the problem.
Maybe if you post your hotsync problem to this board , contributors here might be able to help you. You'll need to provide hardware and software for your system.
