While not exactly a Visor issue, anyone interested in the Palm IPO in Feb. should buy 3Com stock today (symbol: COMS). Since Palm is being "spun off", 80% of the Palm stock is going to current shareholders of 3Com and 20% is being offered to the public.

If you have been watching, Motorola and AOL have taken large interests in 3Com for this reason. The stock is currently at $50, but will probably hit $75 soon.

Don't forget about Sony..they recently got a license to use the Palm OS..Personally I think that it is a great buy. How can you go wrong with 6 million products already sold and a +70% market share?
