This may be a dumb question, but is Visor be able to sync to MS Outlook? Or would one have to buy extra software?

I ask this because the Palm IIIe cannot sync to Outlook. It lacks some feature and I wondered if Visor also lacked it.

Yes, the Visor will sync w/ Outlook. From the bottom of the Visor Details page:
