Fits the Visor Deluxe / Plat / Neo form.

Like new. $16 shipped without blister pack. It is opened and I've put the latest drivers on the 3.5" disk with the old driver. It works great.
If you want the blister pack plastic (not sure why) add $3 for shipping.
