Purchased Innopack 2/V last week on Saturday. Forced to use the FedEx 3-day shipping as they don't have any other options. They confirmed shipment on monday. It's thursday and my Innopack 2/V is no where to be seen. Going to e-mail their customer support and maybe they'll give me a free product or a discount or something.
Update: a few days ago I e-mailed them and they said they switched to FedEx ground shipping and I will be getting it tuesday or wednesday. Well its Tuesday after 5:00 and FedEx hasn't shown up yet. If I get charged for shipping I will be P.O. If it doesn't come tommorrow I will be really P.O.ed and they better be doing some serious butt kissing if they want me to buy something from them again.
