I made one call that began with a 2 hr wait before anyone responded then they gave me a number for customer service who I waited for another hour to talk to then I finally made them put me through to a SUPERvisor.
He told me that to get a tracking number I would need to call the shipper "Logistics" and talk to a man named Steve Hunter. I will edit this message from work tomorrow where I have the number so you all can have it!
