Eudora Internet Suite Sync Problem

I'm having a problem getting Eudora Mail (on my palm) to sync with outlook express. The manual says that the first thing that the conduit will do is ask my e-mail client (Outlook express in this case) to retrieve new messages. Then it should sync the messages. My problem is that outlook express doesn't seem to go out and retrieve new messages. It goes straight to the sync (which works fine). I realize it's not a big problem but I would really like to not have to go out and check for new messages manually before I sync my visor.

The standard mail conduit does go out and retrieve new messages first, if that makes any difference. Along this line, I was thinking that if I could set it so the mail conduit would run before the eudora conduit, my mail would already be retrieved. However, I can't figure out how to change the order that the conduits run.

If any of you can help me out with this, I'd really appreciate it.
