I'm throwing my arms up in frustration. As most of you have probably experienced the horrific service form Handspring, I can't take it any more. After 10 weeks of waiting, 13 helpless/useless phone calls, a dupe order, another 4 weeks to get my credit, 1 email to Donna Dubinsky, and 9 weeks for my case, I'm done!

I have returned my Visor out of disgust, and told them to cancel my case order. Well guess what just showed up? My brand new custom case, Free! Normally I would return this, but knowing the problems I had returning the second Visor I figured I would put it up for grabs. All I ask is you pay the shipping and a few bucks for some beer. I need it about now.

It's the Brown Bright Aniline Custom Case that sold for $64.95 plus shipping. It has a center slot to hold small pads, a separate pen holder, 5 slots for CCs, and a nice business card holder. It's not monogrammed so you are in luck. It's really very nice, I just have no use for it.
