USB Cradle Connection Failure

Hello!

I've got the classic problem: W98, AMD and VIA USB. However, I've downloaded all the fixes and can now print to my USB printer. But... I can't sync with the Visor...

Ideas?

Check:

1. Hotsync manager looking for a connection on the right port. right-click hotsync manager and make sure Local USB is checked.

2. Cradle properly plugged in?

3. Does the printer work in the USB port your cradle is plugged into?

4. Reinstall Desktop if all else fails.

Soft reset the Visor.
