One word. YES!
If it uses IrDA it's IrDA compliant. If it uses infrared It's not. (the IrDA si trademarked.. I'm almost positive)

These things ARE realyl cool, and just.. just if I could find the IRDA cable thinie that's suppsoed to plug into my motherboard..
